Today’s in-store visit was a classic reminder: inventory accuracy means nothing if it’s not on the shelf.

I found a top-selling item marked “in stock” - but it was sitting untouched in the back room. No signage. No sense of urgency. No sales.

I worked with the team to get it out front, aligned it with an escape promotion, and boom- shoppers noticed.

It’s moments like these that prove: retail success doesn’t come down from the spreadsheet. It comes from the floor.
