This week, I’m focusing on:
Examining last week's sales and out-of-stock patterns
Rearranging displays and secondary placements to accommodate foot traffic and promotions
Coordinating with store managers and supplier representatives to ensure execution
Quickly and precisely preparing for impending resets or seasonal transitions
Monitoring team morale at the store level and establishing clear priorities
Preparation is key, whether you're in the boardroom, on the sales floor, or operating a vehicle. Setting the tone early is the first step in strategic retail. You'll fall behind if you wait until Monday.
